Real Me Life Coaching
As a Life Coach my intention is to inspire and educate my clients to create a harmonious body-mind-spirit relationship with the most important person in their life - themselves. This inner person, whom we all have, is what I call the Real Me. Through our work together in the coaching process, my clients are able to see this sacred relationship reflected back in each and every one of their relationships and interactions in their everyday lives.
My practice is a new way of Life Coaching, and consists of a series of webinars (a workshop delivered over the web), integrated into two modules.
Each webinar is designed to educate the participants with tools that not only enhance their lives, but shifts their consciousness into higher realities. This expansion in consciousness is aligned with Universal Principles, and allows participants to live a life beyond their dreams and what they thought could be possible.
I know we are all One, we are all connected, and the Universe is always providing us with the resources to create a joyful and fulfilling life.
To give the participants the opportunity to feel and experience the power of Oneness and mutual support, I designed my webinars to be implemented in groups with a maximum of three participants. The small group size allows participants to feel how every time one participant shifts in consciousness; the whole group experiences the shift as well. Through this process, we become aware of how our inner shift actually creates an impact in the world.
What makes Real Me Coaching so empowering is the way the participants receive the material, feel it, play with it, and answer questions that focus on connecting them with their own inner wisdom. This inner wisdom becomes the beacon that will guide participants to live from a new level of consciousness. The material is the same for all the participants, but because each person follows his or her own inner wisdom, the experience and journey is unique and always fulfilling.
The whole program is offered in English and Spanish versions. There is not a formal sequence to the webinars. However, to receive the full benefits of creating a new way of being and understanding more gracefully the Principles under which the Universe operates, I highly recommend starting from Module One.
